    Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

    Reports To: (Interim) VP of Sales and Investor Strategy

    Key Responsibilities:

    Promote revenue through marketing channels and member engagement.

    • Video Production and Editing, create engaging video content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Proficiency in video production tools and editing software is essential.
    • Storytelling through graphic design, selecting impactful elements to create compelling narratives for the intended audience.
    • Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Illustrator) to design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and marketing materials for digital campaigns and promotions.
    • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics like website tragic engagement.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    1. 3 years' experience in digital marketing
    2. Strong project management experience
    3. Basic Design Skills, understanding design principles for creating visually appealing content
    4. Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, and or display advertising campaigns
    5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite
    6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics & Webtrends)
    7. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript development and constraints
    8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices for digital and media, including familiarity with advancements in AI

    FLSA:Exempt

    Level: Specialist

    Pay Range: expected to be $55,000 - $70,000
