    **Description**

    TriPoint Lending is a technology-based company with a lending platform that connects consumers to a network of over 25 lending partners. Licensed to conduct business nationwide in over 30 states, we specialize in helping consumers with less than perfect credit get qualified for financial services designed to consolidate and pay off credit card debt with a low affordable monthly payment.

    TriPoint Lending has an immediate need for Sales Associates to answer calls from its nationwide direct mail marketing campaigns. These are direct mail solicitations to consumers who we believe stand to benefit from a debt consolidation type of loan product. We drop a ton of mail and get a lot of calls. These are prospects calling in. No outbound cold calling here.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Willingness and ability to manage pipeline prospects to enhance conversion and sales.

    Read from scripts to ensure compliance.

    Heavy data input using company software and systems.

    Properly secure and handle confidential consumer information and credit reports.

    Use sales techniques and systems to speak to consumers and close sales.

    Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

    **Qualifications:**

    Phone sales and call center experience required.

    Mortgage, finance, collection and debt settlement experience preferred.

    Positive and high energy attitude is a must.

    Debt Pay Pro experience is preferred.

    Company equipment provided but must have ability to work from home with internet connection and accessibility to router with ethernet cord. No Wifi.

    Be comfortable with computers, software and phone systems.
