Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
