Sales Manager

OsteoStrong is a cutting edge wellness center strenghten bones, muscle and relieve back/joint pain. We are known as The Ultimate Biohack.


Duties:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
