Our F45 family is looking to grow our sales team.

As our Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving daily outbound sales strategy and growing the community at our amazing fitness studio.

As a key player in our sales rhythm, the Sales Associate must execute a proactive lead generation/lead nurturing plan to increase fitness membership sales, as well as promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle.

The Sales Associate is not only an important part of the sales process, but an ambassador of our brand, ideally an excellent coach, and a proven leader.

This is an in person sales position (remote workers need not apply).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Exceed all Sales budgets through execution of in person and outbound sales processes
  • Maintain and grow the total membership base and execute all aspects of the membership sales process
  • Make 50 outbound calls per week through Ring Central
  • Manage lead nurturing rhythms through Loyalsnap messaging and Gmail inbox maintenance
  • Increase studio conversion rate by price presenting new visitors and trials in person
  • Achieve client retention goals through member feedback and outreach campaigns
  • Assist in creating annual marketing plan for social media, digital/print marketing, and community events
  • Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio practices/processes are adhered to, including member checkin, telephone inquiries, payment handling, delinquent account procedures, and customer care calls
  • Ensure a consistent sales effort is maintained at all times by achieving daily sales goals including establishing, expanding, and tracking outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and charitable organizations
  • Drive client referral program
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to both clients and internal staff
  • Ensure studio branding by adhering to company guidelines and values
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of our smallgroup training programs by participating in at least one training session per week

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, required
  • 1+ years of proven sales leadership required
  • 1+ years of proven sales leadership in a health and fitness setting preferred
  • 1+ years of coaching experience, preferred
  • Must have outstanding experience delivering highquality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills
  • Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with Upper Management, Studio Manager, coaches, and clients
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification, preferred
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, MindBody Online, Loyalsnap, Ring Central, G Suite, as well as various media platforms strongly preferred

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
