Position Overview:

As an Acquisition Associate (AA), you will play a critical role in identifying and securing profitable real estate deals.

You will work closely with property owners, agents, and others to source properties for wholesale transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about real estate and want to be a part of a dynamic and successful team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various channels: outbound calling warm leads, follow up on inbound leads, company campaigns.


Pipleline:
Grow your pipeline through our proprietary lead generation system. Manage your pipeline daily to generate sales.


Property Valuation:
Evaluate properties using comparable comps, due diligence on conditions, zoning, and other factors.


Negotiation:
Negotiate with property owners to secure deals at favorable terms.


Contract Management:
Prepare and manage contracts for wholesale transactions.


Team Collaboration:
Work closely with a team of real estate professionals to ensure seamless transactions.


Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.


Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with clients and agents.


EXPERIENCE AND COMPENSATION

Training Provided:
Hands on training provided to ensure you have the tools to succeed.


Commission Expectation:
Year 1: $80,000 - $150,000 Year 2: $125, ,000

This is an independent contractor paid as commission. Must maintain or willing to get RE Salesperson License with DRE. We can help guide you in getting your license.

Above are the annual commission expectations. These are realistic expectations. We are a small team and will work closely with you to make sure you hit your targets.
