    Temp Employee Relations SpecialistCompany : ConfidentialLocation : Vernon, CA | On-siteSchedule : Monday through Friday

    Pay Rate:
    $40-50/hour DOEMust be able to start ASAPResponsibilities:Heavy employee relationsServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance, constructive feedback and consulting on effective leadership and building teams in service of the businessAdvise on organization design, role definition, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagementCollaborate with management to align departmental goals with business strategy and forecastsQualifications :Proven experience in HR, People & CultureExperience in retail preferredPlease submit your resume to apply.
