Compliance Manager Overview
As the Compliance Manager, you will partner with the Director of Compliance to lead and support the
Compliance team. This will include maintaining and overseeing all contractor compliance functions and
ensuring processes comply with federal and state regulations, Department of Transportation
requirements, and our Company policy. As the team's advisor, you will be responsible for training,
reviewing, and managing all compliance issues and the process of onboarding new independent
contractors.
This individual will be an essential part of UST's growth and success, built upon the expectation that
EVERY team member will "Execute Excellence Every time"-known internally as E3.
