THE COMPANY

We are currently seeking an Asset & Program Lead (m/f) for an innovative clinical-stage biotech company located in Greenville. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a lead project and coordinating all relevant development and pre-registration activities for the asset.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the lead project and connect various stakeholders throughout all clinical trial phases to meet objectives
You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration
You will act as a liaison between development, regulatory affairs, compliance, and vendor management
You will ensure seamless processes between interfaces
You will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as executive management
You will manage the budget and drive the program forward with an entrepreneurial spirit

YOUR PROFILE

Completed degree in a natural science or medical field
Experience in project or program management in various therapeutic areas
Demonstrated knowledge in clinical development, asset management, and medical affairs
Excellent project management and communication skills
Experience in coordinating and managing various internal and external stakeholders
Entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented, forward-thinking mindset
