    Job Description

    We're on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative in the renovation sector. In this role, you'll be instrumental in broadening our company's presence and boosting revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include devising and executing strategic initiatives to uncover and seize new business prospects for our Commercial Unit. The role demands robust leadership qualities, outstanding communication prowess, and a comprehensive grasp of the renovation industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of the company's business development strategies.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and potential business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective business development plans.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and partners.
    • Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging trends to effectively position the company in the market.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successfully driving business development initiatives in the renovation industry.
    • Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and trends.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Exceptional leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    • Preference for candidates with prior sales experience in the commercial sector.

    Job Details

    • Job Type: Full-time
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday, on call, weekends as needed.
    • Experience: Business development: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Work Location: Greensboro, NC
