Description
Relate Search has partnered with a construction company in North West Houston on a search for their Head of Sales to lead regional sales growth.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving B2B sales and revenue growth through the development and implementation of strategic sales initiatives. This position will work closely with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the building materials/construction industry segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and industry influencers to promote the client's products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive product development and expansion.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities and risks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Construction or related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and trends in the building materials/construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
