- Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent

- Licenses: valid driver's license required
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks, such as minor carpentry, painting, and installation of décor.
- Inspect buildings and equipment, with cross-training for backup roles as necessary.
- Be on call after hours if needed, ensuring facilities are well-maintained.
- Salary range: $41,600 - $44,800 annually
- Health benefits: QSEHRA reimbursement of $4,800 - $7,200 per year.

Sola Salons Twin Cities is looking for a full-time Operations/Facilities assistant. This role entails working at various locations across the Twin Cities with the Operations team to handle minor carpentry and maintenance tasks. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work for projects and emergencies.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
Take charge of ensuring Sola Professionals' satisfaction and daily needs. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including attentive listening and building rapport with all professionals. Demonstrate adaptability and tolerance towards individual differences.
