    Description

    Overview

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Assistant Facility Manager to help oversee daily operations at our location. The ideal candidate will maintain parking operations according to contractual agreements, cultivate strong client relationships, and uphold a professional image.

    Salary Range: $21.50 to $24.00 per hour

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional on-call duties during evenings and weekends.

    Responsibilities

    What you'll do

    • Enhance client and customer satisfaction programs
    • Contribute to property financial and operational goal setting
    • Supervise day-to-day activities including customer interactions, staff scheduling, financial reporting, and maintenance tasks
    • Provide courteous assistance to Customers
    • Support maintenance and repair tasks
    • Report incidents and safety hazards to the Facility Manager
    • Assist with cleanliness and maintenance tasks
    • Have a good understanding of the garage and surrounding areas
    • Support Facility Manager with additional tasks

    Qualifications

    What you need

    To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

    • High School Graduate
    • At least six months of parking experience is preferred

    Availability to Work: Flexibility in working hours including 2nd or 3rd shifts and weekends as needed.

    License Requirement: Valid state-issued driver's license with a good driving record.

    Oral Communication: Effective verbal skills

    Written Communication: Strong written communication abilities

    Customer Service: Positive customer service attitude

    Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments

    Judgment: Demonstrates sound judgment

    Physical Demands: Ability to meet physical job requirements
