Job DescriptionWe are seeking passionate and self-driven individuals to join the Farmers Insurance Protg Program as competitive insurance agent candidates. In this program, protg agents collaborate with experienced mentor agents across Michigan to gain insights into our product portfolio, marketing strategies, and the operational aspects of running an insurance agency. Our Protg Program functions as a paid internship, offering a base salary along with commissions aimed at equipping you for success in the insurance industry.
We are specifically looking for individuals who possess innate sales abilities and a genuine desire to positively impact people's lives. Candidates should recognize that building a successful career in this field requires dedication and time.
