    Description
    Serve as an Executive Assistant PEO Aircraft Carriers to work directly with the Program Executive Officer Aircraft Carriers to ensure optimal operations
    The Program Executive Officer for Aircraft Carriers is tasked with supporting the design, development, construction, modernization and life cycle management of Aircraft Carriers for the Navy

    Role:
    Maintain and deconflict schedules, facilitate meetings, escort guests and manage correspondence
    Assist in resolve complex acquisition, production, and in-service challenges faced by the PEO and its two program offices
    Work with the PEO and program office personnel to develop PEO briefings, point papers, and action item responses

    Provide specialized program management support to include assisting in developing briefing, action item responses, point papers on a variety of topics within PEO Aircraft Carriers.

    Prepare, revise, and route official correspondence, assist with travel coordination for Admiral/SES in the Defense Travel System (DTS), manage meeting, coordinate and reserve conference rooms, take meeting minutes, create Executive Summary Memorandums for PEO correspondence as necessary.

    Order office supplies, prepare visit requests, track yearly Fitreps for all assigned military personnel, and ensure awards and plaques are completed for individuals leaving the command

    Qualifications:
    3+ years' experience supporting Flag Officers or SESs
    Active DoD Security Clearance
    Prior Navy Executive Officers support
    Proficient with MS Office
    US Navy Correspondence
    Former Navy Yoeman CPO/PO1 or Admin rating a plus.
    Bachelor's Degree a plus
