    Description
    We are currently seeking experienced Security Specialists to join our team at Metronome LLC. Your profile has caught our attention, and we believe you may be an excellent fit for this role.


    About the Role:


    As a Security Specialist at Metronome, you will play a crucial role in various security areas, including personnel, physical, industrial security, computer investigations, classification management, and operational security.

    Responsibilities include directing security specialists' activities, obtaining DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Certification, and working in a fast-paced team environment.


    Required Qualifications:
    Significant experience in distinct functional or cross-functional security areas.
    Broad-based experience crossing multiple markets with relevant certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.
    Experience directing the activities of security specialists.

    Must obtain DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Certification IAW DoD Manual M within 1 year of service start date.

    Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Program Security Officer experience, SAP processing, and familiarity with SIC/JADE account management.
    7-10 years of experience, including >3 years within DoD/IC and >2 years of SMS and CAC experience.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Why Metronome?
