- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Layout, Build, install, and repair walls, floors, roofs, doors, and other structures and fixtures as required
- Measure and cut materials using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and hammers
- Install and finish drywall and other materials to create a smooth and even surface
- Install and repair insulation, vapor barriers, and weatherproofing materials as required
- Work with other tradespeople, including electricians, HVAC, and plumbers, to ensure that all work is completed on schedule and to a high standard
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any faults or issues to the supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in carpentry
- Strong understanding of construction and renovation processes
- Experience working in secure or classified sites preferred
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and hammers
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to pass a security clearance and background check
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours if required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
