    Infrastructure and ensures that our production systems run efficiently and effectively
    Must be US Citizen and eligible to get secret clearance

    Responsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities an IT manager is expected to perform: Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks.

    Assist the IT department with leading and training IT staff.
    Develop and implement policies related to network security, and IT infrastructure.
    Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance.
    Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap.

    Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company.

    Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
    Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components.
    Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization.
    Managing and maintaining SLAs for internal users and SaaS customers
    Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management
    Strong teamwork and communication skills
    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
    Experience managing on-premises servers, storage area networks (SAN), and network-attached storage (NAS) devices.
    Maintain VMware ESXi cluster environments, upgrade and patching, etc
    Familiarity with our software platforms including Microsoft O365, Salesforce, AWS and Azure Cloud
    Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas that require improvement.
    Working with service providers for troubleshooting internet issues.
    Manage and configure firewall, VLAN's, and subnetting.
    Knowledge of Active Directory
    Administer Storage with knowledge of iSCSI connections.
    Understanding VPN and all networking layers
    Knowledge of MFA/SSO
    Understanding monitoring and logging health data from different assets, such as host, servers, databases, virtual machine, switches, firewall
    Understanding backup technologies and disaster recovery
    DevOps tools and practices
