    Title IT Security Analyst Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description Rividium, Inc (dba TripleCyber) is seeking IT Security Speicalist to provide Secure Communications Support Services to the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (I&S)) is the principal staff assistant and advisor to the Secretary of Defense and the Deputy Secretary of Defense on intelligence, counterintelligence, security, sensitive activities, and other intelligence-related matters
    The (I&S) exercises the Secretary of Defense's authority, direction, and control over the Defense Agencies and DoD Field Activities that are Defense intelligence, counterintelligence, or security Components and exercises planning, policy, and strategic oversight over all DoD intelligence, counterintelligence, and security policy, plans, and programs Responsibilities include: Provide communications support for emergent missions
    Develops and recommends solutions for project requirements as assigned, related to mission oriented business integrated services such business program support services
    Creates detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities for improvement, and solutions for the Chief of Staff
    Serve as a primary (I&S) liaison to the Joint Service Provider for information technology, unsecure and secure communications
    Ensure acquired IT and resources are managed using government policies and procedures
    Reengineer key business processes in (I&S) to identify opportunities to effectively use IT to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiencies, improve the operation of cross-functional processes, and make recommendations to replace stovepipe processes and systems with enterprise processes and systems
    Serve as a primary liaison between the Chief Information Officer (CIO), and the OSD JSP
    Receive and coordinate requests for unsecure and secure Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Services to support conversations among two people in private offices (point-to-point) or sessions between several sites (multi-point)
    Provide augmented support for Wireless Consolidated Billing Services, Pentagon VoIP and VoSIP, DIA SCI VOIP, SME PED, and other secure Voice Services
    Assist in the use and deployment of wireless handheld devices for both voice and data, including pagers, cellular air-cards, cellular phones, satellite phones, and related accessories
    Manage reliable and secure IP voice communications across the Unclassified and Classified DoD Network

    Success/Key Factors:
    Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree (computer science, engineering, with - 5 years of experience): Understanding CISCO VOIP/DVTCs, architectures, nomenclature, and systems
    Knowledge of Call manager, VTCs, Networking, and Security protocol procedures are a plus
    Being able to maintain, deploy, and configure secure architecture is important
    How to process upgrading systems, port configurations, read and analyze data information, plus being able to work independently
    Organized, with a strong understanding of process and procedures, and knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite
    Experienced system administrator with a proven ability for adaptability and versatility in technologies supporting the completion of real time objectives for global organizations
    Experience in leading diverse teams toward more effective ways of completing projects
    Highly motivating and focused team player
    Skills and experience in: 1) Aspects of special intelligence communications (satellite Communications, NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and enterprise network connections, Windows Server administration, UHF, VHF, HF and communications security) for an enterprise
    2) Managing reliable and secure IP voice communication across the Unclass and Classified DoD Network 3) System administration support for Windows systems including server and workstation upgrades, backup and disaster recovery monitoring, user account setup and security administration
    Experience interacting with and advising senior DoD leadership Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills and ability to conceptualize and effectively lead complex analytic projects with limited supervision Skilled in gathering and analyzing facts, drawing reasonable conclusions and presenting/defending such conclusions both orally, as well as in written form About the Organization Established in 2008, RiVidium, Inc
