- Develop data to support new products and integrated solutions in line with company directives.
- Where appropriate, protect IP through patentsubmissions.
- Publish and present to industry publications and trade conferences to promote Kurita America as a keyindustry innovator
- Guide and mentor Research Technicians to maintain project trajectories and goals.
- Provide advanced field and support to oursales and technical teams.
- Create new and improve test and processsimulation technologies.
- Performance of other duties as assigned.
- MS or PhD a plus. BS in the sciences with a minimum of 4 years' experience in an R&D/productdevelopment role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to conduct scientific research using standard scientific principles.
- Demonstrated ability to publish/presentscientific research.
- Have a strong curiosity for the most difficult to solve issues.
