- As a strong communicator and skilled administrator, this person will streamline our budgeting, payroll, payables, receivables, and financial reporting processes.
- The administrator will also aid in producing thorough financial status reports for senior managers to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth.

- This is a full-time position based in Albany, Ga.
- Assist customers with account information and inquiries.
- Set up customer accounts, vendors, and job information.
- Process mail, shipping, and receiving as necessary.
- Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
- Reconciles bank accounts, credit cards, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
- Verifies deposits and addresses inquiries from banks.
- Maintain office supplies and filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, luncheons, and travel.
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven time management and organization skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting practices and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Bachelor's degree (equivalent or currently enrolled) in business administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role
