    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.


    Responsibilities:


    1. Front Desk Management:
      • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
      • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
      • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    2. Administrative Support:
      • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
      • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
    3. Organization:
      • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
    • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
