    Description

    Buscamos un/a Technical Support Specialist para integrarse en el equipo de Tecnologa. Tu objetivo ser dar soporte a los desarrolladores en el Ciclo de Vida de las aplicaciones en los entornos previos de Zurich y cumpliendo los procesos establecidos.

    Tu da a da consistir en:

    Garantizar la disponibilidad de entornos no productivos (DES, INT y UAT) durante las ventanas de servicio.

    Gestin de usuarios en entornos previos (Altas/Bajas/Modificaciones, troubleshooting, recertificaciones, ).

    Ejecucin de promociones de nuevo cdigo entre los entornos previos a produccin y mantenimiento de la plataforma de promociones.

    Atender a peticiones de servicio de los equipos de desarrolladores (por ejemplo, copia de objetos entre entornos, ejecucin de procesos, etc).

    Soporte en la resolucin las incidencias de entornos no productivos.

    Mantenimiento de procesos de houskeeping en la plataforma AS/400 para entornos no productivos.

    Mantener actualizada la documentacin sobre los procesos operativos.

    Se requieren los siguientes conocimientos especficos de:

    AS/400 Nivel Operador

    Apache Subversion Nivel usuario avanzado

    Jenkins Nivel usuario avanzado

    JIRA Nivel usuario avanzado

    Erwin Data Model Nivel usuario avanzado

    Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Nivel Usuario

    Microsoft Teams Nivel usuario

    Ingls Nivel B1/B2 (MCER)
