    PERKS AND COMPENSATION
    • Total Compensation between $50,000 and $200,000 (based on candidate's experience)
      • $50,000 base salary

    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    You will grow Mighty Dog Roofing of Fort Myers revenue by helping our customers solve their home challenges by selling our portfolio of services to homeowners and property managers by displaying the following best practices:
    • Lead, motivate and support the sales team within a 'growth mindset' environment
    • Exceed monthly, yearly goals
    • Understand, help develop and optimize the lead flow process, including independent lead finding, prospecting, and canvassing, ideally using strategies that you've developed in past roles and bringing new strategies to the table
    • Driving customer satisfaction from lead generation to job completion
    • In the field, you will be running company leads, referrals, prospecting and cold calling, performing property inspections, signing contracts, meeting insurance adjusters, writing and providing estimates, and formally contracting the job to generate sales and contracted revenue for the company.
    • Building our network (and creating Lead Sources) for the company through community engagement and building relationships with HOAs, property management companies, real estate agents, local business groups, and insurance agents.
    • Uphold a strong understanding of the product, services, installation process and ways to continually improve within these areas
    • Ability to get on a roof to access and diagnosis issues
    OTHER RESPONIBILITIES
    • Utilize and improve current systems (e.g., CRM) to provide accurate information, changes, feedback on customers, leads and other relevant information to the company, and the Owner.
    • Participate in company safety meetings, sales meetings, or training meetings to advance any necessary learning/training to improve
    • Learn and drive adoption within the Sales team of Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform to stay current on products and processes used by the broader company.
    • Keep production and accounts receivable departments aware of any changes in jobs, or customer demands, change orders, or other pertinent information.
    • Ensure jobs sold and contracted achieve minimum required profitability targets.
    • Turn in pay requests on time per the Company pay request/payroll schedule.
    • Achieve minimum quarterly sales quotas to support required company growth
    • Utilize social media to build relationships
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Have and maintain a valid driver's license
    • Proven inside and outside sales track record of hitting and exceeding goals
    • 3+ years of home services or outside sales experience
    • Strong networking and relationship building skills experience preferred
    • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills
    • Goal oriented, team player, ready to hit the bar and raise it
    • OSHA 10 Certified preferred but not required
    • Start Date, May 20th with required travel (expenses paid) June 2nd through June 7th.
    WORK ENVIRONMENT
    Mighty Dog Roofing's Senior Sales Representative will handle various on-site projects and office-related tasks. Climbing a ladder, taking rooftop measurements and documenting assessments will be needed for this role. This role will report directly to the Company ownership.
