    Job Description

    We are looking to hire a personable Dental front office staff to ensure that dental patients' appointments are appropriately coordinated depending on the needs of the patients.

    Some of the responsibilities include, but NOT limited to entering patient information, answering patients' questions, insurance verification/billing, treatment discussions and arranging referrals to other dental specialists.


    Requirements needed:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Proven experience working in a dental office. Minimum of 3-5 years experience.
    • Sound knowledge of dental terminology.
    • Proficient in dental practice management software (Dentrix).
    • Working knowledge of general administrative practices including verifying insurance, posting payments, sending electronic claims and treatment presentation.
    • Good telephone etiquette.
    • Exceptional organizational skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Cross trained as an RDA to help the back when needed - PREFERRED not REQUIRED
