    About the Role/ The Opportunity:
    As an Account Manager, you understand how to sell SaaS solutions, not just software. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing client relationships.

    You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.

    This role requires a deep understanding of both our SaaS product and the digital marketing landscape. Your primary focus will be to drive customer success, retention, and revenue growth.

    This position requires free-thinking and self-motivated top performers.

    What You'll Do:
    Upsell and cross-sell current customer base and identify growth or compliance-related opportunities working customers through full sales-cycle
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
    Promote the Sitecore suite of solutions through direct and indirect methods to existing customers
    Assist in the creation of campaigns targeted SMB customer base and prospects
    Educate clients on the benefits and capabilities of the products
    Provide guidance on product usage and best practices

    What You Need To Succeed

    Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the SaaS industry
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    Analytical and data-driven mindset. Problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
