- Ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.
- Have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams.
- Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
- 5+ years of relevant Information Technology experience serving in a Project Manager, Scrum Master or other relevant roles
- SSM, SAFe Scrum Master, certification is required
- Strong knowledge in project management methodology such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Extensive experience with Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
- Experience working in Software Development environments managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through a full project management life cycle
- Modern understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods, and project management software
- Ability to translate broader program objectives of a program into clear and achievable project milestones
- Strong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearly
- Creative problem-solver who thrives on defining structure from ambiguity

The pay range for this position is $69, $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
