Construction and project management, as well as coordination of various construction projects
Development of projectspecific concepts, design, and creative input
Management of companies involved in the project
Planning, control, and monitoring of deadlines and costs
Technical and organizational overview, as well as quality assurance of projects
Nonstandard projects, but rather a concept philosophy focused on art and avantgarde.

Qualifications:

Experience in the responsibility and realization of residential/commercial projects
Knowledge of standard regulations and building laws
Ability to think independently and work autonomously
Entrepreneurial spirit and enjoyment of responsibility and agility desirable
Interest in sustainability and energyefficient construction projects
Assertiveness, tact, and communication on an equal level
Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering
