- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all development projects related to the Aladdin platform.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and increase efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (8 years) in project management, specifically in software development. Experience in the B2B or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.

- Gulf Experience is a plus
- Aladdin Academy Certified is required within the first month
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Project Manager to join our team and lead the development efforts for our product, Aladdin. As the Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.
