- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 3-4+ years of Customer Service experience
- 2-4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- PC proficiency, including advanced capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Experience running customized reports to gather and synthesize data.
- Ability to balance working independently and influence others to achieve improved outcomes.
- Advanced communication skills to read, analyze, and interpret data and write business correspondence in a professional manner.
