Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Clermont, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property management, lease administration, and customer service. The role involves managing rental properties, handling lease agreements, coordinating maintenance requests, providing excellent customer service to tenants.


Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in property management and lease administration
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in real estate is a must
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a must
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Proficiency with MLS
