Your role is an integral part of our team, as you will be the primary inside contact for a select group of our customers.

Process large, customized orders quickly and with accuracy

The Skills You BringBachelor's Degree
preferred.
3-4+ years of Customer Service experience
2-4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
preferred.
PC proficiency, including advanced capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Experience running customized reports to gather and synthesize data.
Ability to balance working independently and influence others to achieve improved outcomes.
Advanced communication skills to read, analyze, and interpret data and write business correspondence in a professional manner.
