Engagement Description

Business Analyst will determine if internal or external solutions exist or whether new solutions are feasible, map process flows and must determine if these solutions impact existing work processes and systems as well as ensure proper integration, testing, and system/user documentation.

Responsible for coordinating conversations with multiple business teams to determine what actions need to be taken to mitigate issues identified to ensure successfully implementation.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience

3 years of HealthCare Payer Operations, Provider/Group facing Applications experience.

Experience working with business partners within one or more business organizations to align technology solutions with business strategiesData-oriented, process-oriented, and cross-functional collaborative approach to troubleshooting issues.

Required Skills/Experience

Research, analyze, identify, and evaluate data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues.

Utilize data analytics and extensive business knowledge to research, analyze, identify, and evaluate data from identified problems and compile metrics to track project milestones and deliverables.

Excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills required.
In-depth knowledge of business operations, systems requirements and IT processes required.
Project team member for projects medium to large in scope and high complexity.
Six (6) years of relevant technical or business work experience required.
Knowledge of business operations, systems requirements and IT processes requiredPreferred Skills/Experience

Prior experience with Business ArchitecturePrior experience with SQL writing queries, views, data validation etcPreferred Hands-on involvement in Agile, Lean startup- Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and outcome-based delivery models

Education/Certifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, or another related field is required. Master's Degree in related field preferred.
