    Overview:

    TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a health insurance company. It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family, dental and vision, plans for employers, etc.

    Title: Business Analyst

    Work Location: Detroit, MI, 48243

    Duration: 19 Months

    Job Type: Contract

    Work Type: Remote

    Dept: Behavioral Health Strt


    Engagement Description:
    • Supports operational activities for a behavioural health program through summarizing data trends, maintaining business processes, including detailed review and regular updates of program communications, and other activities as required.
    • Includes working with cross functional teams and an external vendor to facilitate execution of activities and issue resolution to support the program.
    Top 3 Required Skills/Experience - Include: 2-3 yrs. Experience on:
    • Proactive and detail oriented, self-starter
    • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills in working through business processes, data analysis and issue resolution.
    • Analysing and visualizing data using tools like SQL, spreadsheets and data visualization software.
    • Maintaining business processes that include data analysis and coordination with external departments.
    Required Skills/Experience - The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
    • Communication and writing skills. Interfacing with various departments, senior management and individuals external to the organization.
    • Creating reports and dashboards.
    • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    Preferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
    • Project management experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Visio
    • 2-3 years health care related experience or past client or any other health insurance experience, ideally within behavioural health or utilization management
    Education/Certifications - Include:
    • High school graduate or GED equivalent required,
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
