    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Permanent Field Service Engineer.

    This role is an excellent opportunity to apply your engineering skills in a practical setting, offering a unique blend of technical problem-solving, customer service, and fieldwork.

    You will be working with advanced technologies, troubleshooting complex systems, and providing on-site support to our clients.

    This role will bring you right to the heart of our operations, giving you the chance to make a real impact on our company and our customers.


    Responsibilities:
    As a Permanent Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


    • Providing on-site technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery and systems.
    • Performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, identifying potential issues, and taking preventative action to ensure optimal performance.
    • Utilizing your knowledge of wiring and PLC to install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
    • Developing and implementing solutions for technical problems, utilizing your troubleshooting skills to ensure minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
    • Providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and providing clear, concise, and accurate information.
    • Writing detailed service reports, documenting all work performed, and providing recommendations for future service needs.
    • Collaborating with the engineering team to share knowledge, improve processes, and contribute to the ongoing development of our service offerings.

    Qualifications:
    To be considered for the role of Permanent Field Service Engineer, candidates must possess the following qualifications:


    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
    • Proven experience with wiring, PLC, troubleshooting, and field service.
    • A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and develop innovative solutions to technical problems.
    • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and build strong relationships.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, managing your own time and workload effectively.
    • Willingness to travel as required, providing on-site support to clients across various locations.
    • A valid driver's license.
    • A commitment to continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
