    Yinlun TDI, LLC is a leading manufacturing company, IATF 16949 certified, providing thermal management and emissions technology solutions to the global Automotive, Commercial Truck, Off-Highway and Military markets.

    Following the acquisition by Zhejiang Yinlun Co., Ltd, Yinlun TDI is poised to continue its exponential growth.

    We are a group of highly talented and motivated professionals focused on providing heat exchanger and aftertreatment solutions, modules, and systems that meet the ever-increasing specialized demands from our customers.


    Headquartered with Administration, R&D, and Operations in Ontario, California, Yinlun TDI, LLC operate Sales and Engineering facilities in Michigan, Illinois, and North Carolina.

    Yinlun TDI is now also establishing incremental manufacturing operations in central Illinois. With the support from our parent company, we will continue our growth in target markets with strategic global customers.

    In addition, Yinlun TDI has several joint venture manufacturing partner companies in mainland China. We are currently recruiting for a position at our Ontario, CA location for a qualified
    Service Engineer.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Be responsible for the on-site service of all kelvin products sold in the United States, and ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of the service to meet the service needs of local customers
    • Be responsible for preliminary analysis of all problems, and feed back the preliminary analysis results of on-site repair process to the company
    • Responsible for the development of the local service network, ensuring the response time within 24H and problem solving within 48h.
    • Inventory management of local spare parts warehouse and regular replenishment according to spare parts storage status
    • Provide professional training to customers to enhance their product experience, Provide professional product training to local service partners to ensure that service partners can provide professional after-sales service to customers
    • Specify the sales strategy of local spare parts and services, and expand the sales of local spare parts and services

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE


    • Bachelor or master's degree major in refrigeration system or electrical system.
    • Engaged in the installation and commissioning of industrial products or new energy products, with rich after-sales service experience, familiar with Can communication control and the operation of high-voltage related equipment.
