- Serve as main point of contact and assist with inquiries from our network of repossession vendors while ensuring confidentiality of the company's operations, portfolio, customer information, and technology
- Provide guidance to recovery vendors regarding contracted SLAs, performance trends and clarification on gray area scenarios
- Review, approve or decline fees associated to repossession efforts within defined SLAs
- Prepare reporting and facilitate monthly conversations with repossession vendors regarding performance, invoicing, compliance, etc.
- Complete frequent audits to ensure contract compliance and proactively identify and mitigate third party related risk
- Prepare monthly business review for presentation with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate onboarding process of new vendors, as well as create and execute policies and procedures
- Resolve performance related issues/escalations
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Outlook and Word
- 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry

Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.
