- Days: 8am4:30pm
- Manage and coordinate activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations to ensure quality services. This includes patient services, retail services, catering services and inpatient clinical services for the health system.
- Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects
- Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions
- Specializes in the planning, management and execution of patientcentered projects.
- Responsible for assisting the Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet the health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision and values.
- Salary Range: $ $51.14/hour (based on education and experience)

- Associates degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics or Food Management/Nutrition
- Registered with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian Preferred
- Certification as a Dietary Manager, or Culinary Certification Required
- 2 years supervisory/administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics Preferred
- Oklahoma Dietitian License Preferred
- Food handlers card and Serv Safe certification Required
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License Required
