What to expect Support of the sales management and sales team in all organizational and administrative matters of daily business Participation in the planning, implementation and follow-up of sales projects and strategies Organization and coordination of sales meetings, workshops, customer events and trade fairs Preparation of statistics and evaluations as well as documentation of sales activities Preparation of individual customer presentations in consultation with the key account in German and English Independent booking of travel and preparation of travel expense reports Contact with our customers via telephone, email and in personal conversations in our showroom Timely processing of written communication internally and externally What you should bring Completed commercial training Professional experience in the field of assistance and customer service desirable You are a team player, resilient, honest and have a high level of commitment A structured, conscientious and goal-oriented way of working, characterized by a high quality awareness Secure handling of common MS Office programs Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form TRIO stands for passion, innovation and togetherness.
