Requirements

Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (Obtained within the first 6 months of eligibility or hire date) Required
6 months of clinical experience in an acute care facility Preferred
Knowledge for use of different formulas when assessing patient's nutritional needs; Completion of general and patient care orientation is required before providing patient care Required
Oklahoma State license
Food handler's permit from Cleveland County Health department before hire (or within one week of hire) Required

Position Details

Parttime; Typically Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Manage and coordinate activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations to ensure quality services. This includes patient services, retail services, catering services and inpatient clinical services for the health system.
Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects
Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions
Specializes in the planning, management and execution of patientcentered projects.
Assisting the Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet the health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision and values.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $ $37.37/hour (based on education and experience)
