Exciting tasks

  • Project management and control of complex new construction projects at the Munich location with a focus on building services
  • Project management for multidisciplinary renovation and refurbishment measures at the Munich location
  • Responsibility for deadlines, costs, overall coordination, and quality of the respective construction projects
  • Management and leadership of a project team in terms of personnel, financial, and technological resources
  • Project planning, design, cost estimation, implementation, and settlement of the responsible construction projects
  • Ensuring sufficient internal or external resources in collaboration with the responsible teams
  • Selection of suitable framework contract partners for all construction trades and planning matters in coordination with procurement
  • Consistent management of external services - order tracking, monitoring, and acceptance of work from non-specialist contractors
  • Planning and coordination of the use of internal technical departments, external engineering and consulting firms, and service companies
