      • Position: Roofing sales manager
      • Areas: Headquartered in Kernersville NC, Covering the entire state of NC but focusing on the Charlotte Metropolitan area, the Triad of NC (Winston, Clemmons, Lexington, Kernersville, Greensboro, Burlington) & the Triangle of NC (Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Garner, Apex, Wake Forest)
      • Compensation & Benefits
        • Starting pay for sales manager is 13% gross of the total contract off your personal sales, commissions paid every Friday IN FULL off the ACV check
        • 3% gross override off your teams sales
        • % of your teams profit (Discussed further in interview)
        • GROW A 7 FIGURE PRODUCING SALES TEAM AND WE WILL BUILD YOU A HOUSE AT COST UP TO 3,500 SQ FT. (MUST BUILD IN THE TRIAD & QUALIFY FOR A CONSTRUCTION LOAN FROM A BANK OF YOUR CHOICE) NRCG - National Roof Consultant Group is a company that's ran by a group of individuals that collectively share 90+ years of REAL CONSTRUCTION experience. From building multi-million dollar homes, & townhome communities; to chasing hurricane claims across the Gulf of Mexico to fire wind and hail storms up n' down the east coast and across the Midwest.. We've done it all and are currently looking to add 2-3 sales managers to our team to help us become the best roofing company in the state
        • We a have a fully staffed Production team.

      • Qualifications
        • Minimum 3 years of experience as a door-to-door roofing sales manager
        • Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers.
        • Must be able to climb a ladder to inspect roofs.
        • Must have reliable transportation.
        • Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
        • Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run office-leads.
        • Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections.
      • Responsibilities & duties of the position
        • Engage in outside sales activities to meet with potential clients and promote products/services.
        • Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
        • Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements.
        • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure deals.
        • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
        • Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
        • Marketing/lead generation for new prospects
        • Attending adjuster's meetings
        • Hire and train your sales team to our code of ethics.
        • Create a positive, professional, and fun culture within your team
        • Hold weekly sales meetings with your team
