- Support the Executive Chef in the overall running of the Back of House operations
- Assist with the development and preparation of seasonal menus
- Motivate and inspire a strong culinary team. Ensuring team members is fully supported and equipped to do their job
- Oversee inventory and ordering food and supplies weekly and/or monthly
- Meet or exceed all financial targets
- Ensure that the kitchen is staffed appropriately, the kitchen is clean and equipment is working properly
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Understanding of food and labor costs, ordering inventory, and product quality
- Excellent leadership and time management skills
- Familiarity with inventory and costing software programs
- Culinary degree or equivalent is preferred
