    Are you passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences? We're looking for a skilled and creative Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.

    As a Sous Chef with us, you'll have the chance to collaborate with a talented culinary team, using your expertise to craft delicious and innovative dishes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong commitment to quality and excellence.

    What You'll Do:

    • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production.
    • Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold our standards of excellence.
    • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Contribute creative ideas to enhance our menu offerings.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, knowledge in basic mexican cuisine is prefferred
    • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
    • Passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
