- Responsible for supporting direct sales activity.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers.
- Prepare quotes based on customer needs.
- Use product knowledge to educate and assist customers through the buying process.
- Follow up on open customer quotes.
- Use CRM to track all individual sales activities.
- Create accurate sales orders and manufacturing shop drawings.
- Attend tradeshows, conduct client meetings, and partner with Marketing to develop digital marketing content.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or related disciplines.
- Must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, and qualifying leads.
- Self-motivated, assertive, and have the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong phone presence.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of computers and office software.
- Personal integrity.
