**SALES COORDINATOR**: Responsible for assisting the truck sales team, General Manager and Sales Manager with sales coordination for all new and used equipment. Duties include but are not limited to:
Providing direct assistance to Territory Managers, Sales Manager & General Manager.
Process all new truck orders to Kenworth factory.
Download & process all reports & documents from factory daily.
Investigates and resolves Territory Manager problems with equipment deliveries.
Facilitates / coordinates equipment transportation in support of Territory Managers' needs through appropriate channels.
Monitors Daily, Real-time reporting and provides actionable reporting to the appropriate Manager.
Updates approved procedures and process documents within assigned channels of business and provides support as needed.
Assists with internal and external audits of physical truck inventory.
Performs general administration duties.
All other duties as assigned.
