The Role:

You will be responsible for all aspects of customer care and will work with the departments of the entire sales and supply chain area, including our helpdesk and planning team. Teamwork should be as important to you as working independently. You will ensure high-quality customer service by efficiently processing customer inquiries, orders, and returns in accordance with Markem-Imaje's processes and procedures.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure proactive and reactive customer contact.
  • Receive and process customer orders (printer sales, after-market orders).
  • Enter orders in SAP, track deliveries, and coordinate between sales, customers, and planning.
  • Assist with the implementation of the digital B2B customer portal and automation of sales orders.
  • Regularly generate SAP reports to monitor inventory flow, review blocked items, and release invoices for printers, spare parts, and consumables.
