We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels
Build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
Meet assigned quotas
Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role
Knowledge or experience in Finance, Decentralized Finance, or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
Familiarity with consumer protection laws
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial
Ability to multitask with accuracy
Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback
Alignment with our company values
