    WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Ensure equipment availability and adherence to maintenance budget
  • Lead and train subordinates and ensure necessary employee qualifications
  • Plan maintenance measures for equipment
  • Ensure efficient production and minimize downtime in collaboration with production management
  • Organize procurement of spare parts and auxiliary materials to ensure uninterrupted production, considering costs, benefits, and delivery times of necessary parts
  • Analyze downtime logs to identify systematic weaknesses in equipment
  • Independently plan, execute, and document maintenance and servicing work

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Successfully completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, or similar, or a comparable technical education with a master's degree
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position with leadership experience, preferably in an industrial company
  • Proficient in using common MS Office applications and good knowledge of PLCs
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution strategies, and ability to focus on the essentials
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and assertiveness
