We have been providing employment, training, housing, and support services for people with disabilities since 1965.


We are currently seeking a Gardener as Group Leader in our Charlottenburg Gardening Farm (GALA) to join our team as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting educational group and individual activities in accordance with our concept
  • Implementing the requirements of our business partners and customers in the work area
  • Collaborating with the social environment (legal guardians, parents, residential facilities) in cooperation with the department management and support services
  • Creating and updating individual development plans
  • Participating in the creation of progress reports
  • Actively participating in the further development of our quality management system
  • Providing nursing assistance when needed, supervision, reporting, excursions, project weeks, conflict management, etc.
  • Flexibility, willingness to work in a team, participate in training and reflect on your own work
  • Attending team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a gardener or equivalent qualification in gardening and landscaping
  • Pedagogical aptitude (special education training, vocational and occupational rehabilitation specialist or equivalent)
  • Proficient in PC and software skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
  • Driver's license
  • Knowledge of teaching skills and abilities
