Job Description:

The incumbent will work as a Supplier Documentation Distribution Officer (d/f/m) and will be responsible for the following tasks**:

Daily Business:

  • Distributing documents to Airbus Helicopters' suppliers, as mentioned in contracts, after conducting basic checks
  • Developing contract documents in Airbus Helicopters' document management system to archive and manage all document distribution requests
  • Collaborating with various departments (purchasing, media services, supply chain managers, export control teams)
  • Using Managed File Transfer (MFT) tool, Excel files, Google Sheets, and SAP

  • To distribute documents to Airbus Helicopters' suppliers, mentioned in contracts, after the execution of some basic checks
  • To identify evolutions of contractual documents in Airbus Helicopters' Documents Management System
  • To archive & manage all document distribution requests
  • You will work in interface with various stakeholders (e.g. buyers, media services, supply chain managers, export control teams)
  • You will use Managed File Transfer (MFT) tool, Excel files, Google Sheets and SAP
